🌿WE'RE HIRING: PROPERTY MAINTENANCE 🌿

Larry and Cheryl, owners of Derby Digs are looking for a reliable and practical person to help maintain their short-term accommodation properties around Derby.

🧹 What you’ll be doing:
• Cleaning & maintaining BBQs
• Weeding garden beds & w**d spraying
• Cobweb removal & general tidying
• Firewood stacking/organising
• Deck cleaning
• Other light property upkeep tasks as needed

⏰ Hours:
Approx. 2–4 hours per week (flexible depending on demand)

💰 Pay:
$20 –$24 per hour (based on experience)

👷 About you:
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable with light physical tasks (bending, lifting, ladders)
• Willing to learn safe practices (training provided)
• Ideally based in or near Derby

This is a great casual role for someone local who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and flexible hours.
