The Amy Courto blog for the first two weeks of the Everyday Lions and Dannebrog Cafe Bar and Grill challenge. Just over two week's in and Amy is going great!

It’s been a great start to the Everyday Lions Challenge training for me. I’ve really loved having structure to my training and having sessions that really push me. It’s been a love hate relationship with Thursday speed sessions but they’ve still been a favourite. It’s been a long time since I’ve push myself and it’s really satisfying to finish a session I thought I wouldn’t be capable of (even though I may complain to Lyonsy about how hard it was). I’ve really surprised myself and am looking forward to the next two weeks!
