Donnybrook Hotel, a family-orientated venue in a growing location, is seeking an experienced Cook/Chef to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Cook/Chef
Strong skills in grill, pan, and deep fryer
Availability for lunch and dinner shifts
Proven leadership and communication skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Creative, organised, and reliable
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety compliance
High standards of hygiene, stock control, and quality assurance
Punctual, trustworthy, and professional
Eligibility:
Full working rights in Australia required
