After 6 incredible, challenging and unforgettable years, I have made the tough decision to sell Douglas Daly Holiday Park.
This place has been so much more than a business; it has been a home, a livelihood, and the reason for lots of memories and friendships over the past 6 years.
Since losing Tony in November 2025, and experiencing the worst flood on record earlier this year and surviving a pandemic, to say it has been difficult would be an understatement.
To everyone who donated, volunteered, shared our story, showed up to help and spent a night or grabbed a beer, thank you. Douglas Daly Holiday Park would not exist without all of your support.
A very special thank you also goes to my amazing staff now, and over the years, who have stood by me through some of the most challenging times. I truly could not have done this without you.
My last night at the park will be August 14th. If you are around, pop in for a beer!
Douglas Daly Holiday Park will be very well looked after in the hands of Douglas and Emma, from August 5th onwards.
