Footy tipping cards are finally here. Remember entry is free and open to everyone. Marlitt and I are putting up the prize money which is
$500.00 1st, $300.00 2nd $200.00 3rd
We will have pip the publican from round 2 until round 5 to win a schooner, then last man standing from round 5 until won.Come and join us for a bit of fun. The rules, you must claim your schooner for pipping the publican before the next round starts. Draws get 1 point. Non tipping get zero points. Because of the late start we are starting ours from round 2(next week).

After consulting with a number of the locals here last night the decision was reached to hold the raffles and joker draw over until tonight. I understand that a small minority were not happy with this but at the end of the day this as a business has to at least cover cost and as this is only the second time in 10 years the raffles were not done I think that is acceptable.
Tonight we are hosting the home game for the football club. Peter is helping me set up fire pits in the car park and we will have free sausage sandwiches. The bistro area will be closed of for dining so if your coming in for diner the dining room will be open. Although we don’t have live entertainment we will be loading up the jukebox so you can squabble over who gets the play their music choice. There is going to be an auction I believe for the old boys.
