There is a large swimming hole in the river with a path down the embankment to the water. Bring your swimmers and a canoe to paddle around. Features are that it is adjacent to the Allyn River, managed by showground committee, powered and unpowered sites, large shady trees, swimming hole in the river, hose connector taps, strong mobile phone signal and family-friendly. Gresford is a beautiful country town. The district's vineyards were amongst the earliest in the Hunter Valley. Lovely places to visit within half-hour drive beautiful views of the valley

Sometime last night someone has decided to drag these bollards across the road at the Showground near the skatepark.
Apparently bollards were also placed across Durham Road near the school.
Does anyone know anything about this?
It could be potentially dangerous if someone hits them at night.
Police have been informed about this senseless activity and local CCTV footage will be reviewed.

Just reminding campers that this event will have fireworks at 9pm tonight.
