This Holiday Home is designed to Capture the views of the River and the natural Bushland.
Ammia Bend is sleeps up to 12 people.
The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with an ensuite and a further 3 bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
The main bedroom, living areas and another bedroom look out over the bend and down 2 attractive river vistas, the other bedrooms look out over the remaining 140 acres of natural and private land.
For those who like to get even closer to the river, the house sits high above the river level but also includes a low bank area which provides a great place to tie your boat up, water ski... or take yourself and a chair and sit on the bank amongst the abundence of birdlife and kangaroos in this very private part of the river. Public boat ramps are only 10 minutes by river and so is the Cape Horn Winery!
The open plan living design looks out over the Murray River and provides a cool aspect in summer and the wood heater (and ducted heating) ensures a warm cosy river view during winter.
Ammia Bend is a 10 minute or 11 Kilometres from Moama drive from Moama, the driveway is 1.7 kms long and usually you will be greeted by the local kangaroos, particularly early morning and at dusk.
Bedding Configuration:
Master Bedroom is with a King Size Bed , with the remaining 5 bedrooms with extra king size singles and are available to be arranged as king size bed.
