• don’t have to be qualified but experience would be very beneficial.
• able to cook and handle a kitchen under busy times
• bar work and other duties also available
• available to start immediately (this week ideally)
• must have RSA and Food Safety.

𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗱𝗼𝘇𝗲𝗿 𝟭, 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝟬: This is the situation on Einasleigh line where an outage is affecting more than 100 customers in and around Einasleigh, Georgetown, Hughenden and Mount Surprise.

The damage occurred mid-afternoon, flattening a pole and sparking a fire. Georgetown crews have made the area safe, but repairing the damage and restoring supply is a big job. We’ll get a new pole to the site tomorrow (Thursday), and all going well, we’re hoping to have the power back on by around lunchtime/early afternoon - thank you for your patience 🙏

🚜⚡⚠️ PLEASE take extra care if you’re operating machinery around the electricity network. This is the third serious heavy machinery-vs-pole incident just this week, and any contact like this puts lives on the line.
