This gated private lifestyle property is located just minutes from both Meredith township and Elaine, 40 minutes to Ballarat and Geelong and just under 1.5 hours to Melbourne, Graysons Estate is set right within the Moorabool Valley wine region. We can organise in house massage, yoga as well as dinner parties hosted by our private chef.

We’re excited to announce that our guest speaker for the June Gatherings at Graysons Estate is Julie Cameron, co-founder of Meredith Dairy .

Alongside her husband, Sandy, Julie transformed a traditional farming business into one of Australia’s most recognised dairy brands, known for innovation, sustainability and award-winning products. Meredith Dairy was born from resilience, creativity and a passion for producing food sustainably.

Julie’s story spans decades of farming, business building, and the creation of a family enterprise focused on sustainability, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement. Today, Meredith Dairy is recognised not only for its products, but for its commitment to the land and future generations.

We’re looking forward to hearing Julie share her experiences, lessons and insights during what will be a beautiful weekend of connection, incredible food and meaningful conversation.
