The Space
This is a wonderfully bright, large and modern fully self contained furnished studio on the upper floor (with your own private entrance and balcony) of a lovely family home which will comfortably sleep 4 with a queen bed and a large sofa bed. It has a lovely outlook to the rear over the pool and palm and banana trees from your own private balcony , with a large variety of visiting birds
including parrots. It comes with a tv with full Foxtel channels and WiFi, as well as a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and stove top as well as kitchen utensils and plates, pots and pans, a lovely private furnished balcony and dining area. We also provide board games and books. It's a 2 minute walk to the lovely Pines Shopping Centre with all the conveniences you'll need (K-Mart, Aldi, Woolworths, Coles and 40 stores) and has major bus routes from there to Broadbeach, Burleigh, Robina, Tweed Heads and Coolangatta, and you can catch public transport to the theme parks too as well as popular Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. A 5 minute stroll will get you to the stunning Currumbin Creek where you can paddle board, walk through the mangroves, swim, paddle, kayak or simply stop and relax with a lovely meal or a glass of wine at one of the cafes or the RSL. The main beach is just further along and you won't be disappointed! It's dog friendly and has a great Pirate Park for the kids to play at. We provide a variety of board/family games for you and your family to enjoy whist staying at the apartment
Guest Access
You have your own private front door access and on street parking. The apartment shares a common entry gate with us, but it has its own front door and also rear access to the garden and pool area. The Neighbourhood
Elanora and Palm Beach are the absolute gems of the Gold Coast.
10 minutes to Gold Coast Airport and 25 minutes drive to the theme parks and with some of Queensland's cleanest beaches make it a perfect spot to relax, rejuvenate, stay and play.
