Emerald Carriages Vintage Tait train carriages (aka "red rattler") converted to a romantic bed and breakfast accommodation in the heart of Puffing Billy territory - Emerald.

Our Tait carriages were formerly the dining rooms of Choo Choos restaurant in Emerald. They are now unrecognisable and have been lovingly renovated into a family home. Too good to keep all to ourselves, we have made one carriage available for overnight accommodation. This carriage has a luxuriously carpeted bedroom comprising a full queen size bed, sophisticated, large ensuite with double vanity

and double shower plus a separate living area with microwave, bar fridge, tv, wifi. The entire suite is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer with ducted heating and cooling.
