It is also only a few minutes walk to the Encounter Bikeway which will take you into the centre of Victor Harbor and the tourist sites of The Bluff, Cockle Train, Granite Island and more. Golf lovers will appreciate the proximity to McCracken and Victor Harbor Golf Courses. SALT beachhouse sleeps up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double and 2 king-single bunks) - all with built-in-robes and bedside tables. The main bedroom also has plush carpet and an ensuite. There is a powder room adjacent to the upper level living area + the main bathroom downstairs has a bath and walk-in-shower, separate toilet and vanity. The modern kitchen has loads of bench space and a breakfast bar with stools, XL ‘fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, filtered water, dishwasher, crockery & cutlery for a crowd, Lavazza espresso coffee, NutriBullet, quality melamine for little guests, glassware for every occasion, walk-in-pantry with all of the staples (microwave, XL toaster, electric kettle, classic toastie maker, milkshake maker & even a fondue set! + a range of teas, spreads, EVOO etc.). The dining table seats 12 guests comfortably and the living area has a large sofa, Smart TV, books, jigsaw puzzles, board games and a gas heater. A wide entertainers deck with bar table, stools, bean bags and outdoor chairs is accessed directly from the living area. There are 3 living spaces - the second living area downstairs has a TV and sofas, and there is a table tennis table in the games area. Ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning + WiFi, indoor table tennis table, beach equipment such as buckets & spades, second 'fridge freezer, a clothesline and washing machine are all available for your use. The secure large backyard includes an undercover entertaining area with outdoor table and benches, casual stools, bean bags, mini Weber Q, large grassed area, outdoor games, fire pit area, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. We have on-site car parking for 4 vehicles, including a double carport. Plus there is plenty of room to park your a boat - the Encounter Bay boat ramp is an easy 5 minute drive away.
