Take the time to enjoy some local history!

Did you know?

Walhalla was the last gazetted town in mainland Australia to be connected to the mains power grid, with the connection completed on December 21, 1998

Easter is just around the corner so now is time to make sure you’re all prepared for what will be a busy period.

Accommodation booked? Mine tour booked? Train ride booked? All can be done via www.visitwalhalla.com

Note that over Easter, there will be additional Walhalla Goldfields Railway services and mine tours but you still need to plan ahead and pre-book to avoid disappointment.
