Now is a great time to stay at Cooper's Country Lodge. We have had some great rain and as the temperatures are rising a little there are many flowering plants and trees to see on the reserve.

Want to give your family and friends FOMO while you're in Outback Queensland?

Did you know that only Telstra sim cards work within the majority of the Outback?

Telstra Aldi (or any other third-party supplier of Telstra) does not provide coverage in our beautiful region, the same with Vodaphone and Optus.

If you would like to change your phone service (before travelling) from Optus to Telstra, it is advised to do it in a region that covers Optus phone service.

Telstra are happy to help you change from Optus to Telstra, however they are required to send a verification code to your Optus sim, which is irretrievable in a lot of our region as there is no phone service (even with WiFi).

Be sure to organise before you start your travels to Outback Queensland as we want you stay safe and be connected with your family, friends (and of course, us!) on your travels through our magnificent region.
