After last year’s Father’s Day plans were brought to you by… absolutely no electricity 🤦‍♀️😂, we’re firing up for another go!
This year we’re hoping for an ELECTRIC Father’s Day — preferably in atmosphere and power supply! ⚡️🍻

Join us Sunday 6th September from 12pm for a proper Father’s Day lunch.

🚙 A BIG LUNCH AHEAD AT THE ROYAL! 🍽️

Just a little heads-up for tomorrow — we’re excited to be welcoming 150 guests from the Destination Outback 4WD Group, supporting Rotary Dubbo South, through the pub for lunch! 🤠

With quite a few hungry travellers to feed between 12pm–2pm, we’ll be running a set lunch menu:
🍲 Chicken Stew & Rice�OR�🍝 Lasagna & Garlic Bread�OR�🥩 Roast Beef & Gravy with Veg�🍰 Plus a little sweet treat!

Our regular customers are absolutely still welcome! ❤️ We just ask for a little patience during the lunch rush while our small Royal crew works their way through feeding 150 extra mouths.

It’s going to be a busy couple of hours behind the scenes, so there may be a slightly longer wait than usual.
We’re looking forward to showing our visitors some good old-fashioned Eromanga hospitality and giving them a great feed while they’re here. 🌵🚙

What a night! 🎉🍻

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who came along and made our Bingo Night such a huge success. Seeing the pub packed out on a Thursday night in our little town was something pretty special. ❤️

Thanks to:
👏 New State Builders for sponsoring our jackpot round
👏 Eromanga State School for 3D printing our bingo balls (how good are they?!)
👏 And our amazing staff who always give 100% behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly

Most importantly, together we raised over $1000 for QCWA Eromanga! What an incredible effort from this community. 💛

Who knew a few bingo calls, a meat tray raffle and some friendly competition could turn into such a massive win for Eromanga?

We can’t wait to do it all again soon!

Council has been granted funding to undertake a major amendment to the Quilpie Shire Planning Scheme 2018.

The primary focus of the amendment is to address housing issues and achieve the outcomes set out in the Local Housing Action Plan. However, the review will also consider the entire Planning Scheme, not just housing matters.

As part of the initial project phases, Council will be hosting a series of Community Drop-in Sessions throughout the region. These sessions will be your first chance to learn what changes are being proposed, ask questions about Planning in general and also share your feedback with the team to shape the future Planning Scheme and how it will support growth in the Quilpie Shire.
