Casual Receptionist at Caravan Park

Join our team as a casual receptionist. We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to assist with check-ins, provide excellent customer service and contribute to the smooth operation of our park. Enjoy a great team environment and the opportunity to work in a beautiful location in Castletown.

Job Description
1. Answer calls and take booking enquiries.
2. Process bookings.
3. Respond to emails.
4.Cash Handeling.
5.Process EFTPOS payments.
6. Some cleaning.
7. Some outside work on sites.
Your application will be highly considered with the following experience.
8. Computer literacy.
9.Some experience in hotel. or cvn park reception.
10. Knowledge of local attractions.
11.Flexibility in working days/hours.
12.Current resume and references.
13. Previous experience in using RMS.
14. Lives locally.
15.Capable of dealing with difficult guests.
*Expected hours 8 -18hrs per week
*NO Weekend work
Pay: $32 per hour
