🥬 How Many Ways Are You Cooking Kale This Winter? ❄️✨

I don’t know about you, but I’m having a little love affair with kale this winter. There’s just something about those deep green leaves that feels right in the cool—earthy, hearty, and full of goodness.

At Essington Park, it’s flourishing in the garden—tough as old boots but so incredibly versatile. I’m tossing it through brothy soups, crisping it up with olive oil and sea salt, stirring it into creamy risottos, and sautéing it with garlic and a big squeeze of lemon. Heaven.

Kale’s the kind of winter friend that turns up again and again, always welcome, always nourishing.

🍳 A Weekend of Culinary Soul at Essington Park 💛

What a truly beautiful weekend we shared at our Build Your Culinary Toolbox workshop—full of flour-dusted hands, slow-simmered pots, and laughter spilling from the kitchen.

We cooked from the heart, gathered around the table, and reconnected with the simple joy of creating something nourishing, together. From broths to braises, and pastries to preserves, every dish was a celebration of seasonal, soulful cooking.

A huge thank you to all the gorgeous guests who brought their warmth and curiosity, and to Southern Wild Co for capturing the magic so perfectly 📸 during the weekend ✨
