Self-catering holiday accommodation in either a large 3-bedroom house or a two-bedroom fully accessible unit on 2.5 acres in the Ovens Valley. Child-friendly, pet-friendly, cycle-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Located on the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail at Eurobin, there are magnificent mountain views to the east and west, including Mount Buffalo. We are keen cyclists ourselves and this loc

ation is ideal for families and small groups wanting to cycle the rail trail, hike in the Mount Buffalo National Park or visit the attractions of Bright and the nearby alpine areas of Mt Hotham, Mt Beauty and Falls Creek. You can cycle 13km along the sealed rail trail path to Bright, with Feathertop Winery and Porepunkah to visit along the way. We have bikes you can borrow if you haven’t brought yours along, including childrens bikes and a tow-along child trailer. In the main house the 3 bedrooms have a queen bed, double bed, and 2 single beds respectively. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room and a cot is available. The house has a full bathroom and separate toilet, fully appointed kitchen and laundry, and a large out-door entertaining area with views to Mount Buffalo which includes a BBQ, dining table and sofas. The unit has two bedrooms with an motorised adjustable queen bed in one bedroom and a double bed with optional single bed in the second bedroom. The bathroom is fully accessible with roll-in shower area and fold-down shower seat as well as accessible toilet and vanity. The kitchenette has an accessible sink and adjustable height bench. Finally it’s been snowing on mt buffalo. It is predicted to fall down to 800m today so we might have clear skies tomorrow and be able to see snow from our place on this side of the range.

Tobogganing is now available at Mount Buffalo - snowing heavily Monday morning so rug up

TOBOGGAN HIRE
An important piece of information for visitors to Mt Buffalo this winter is that Mt Buffalo wont have toboggan hire this year and. Could you please share this information with friends, family, and visitors who have previously hired toboggans on the mountain. Toboggan hire is available locally from Porepunkah, Bright, Ovens and Myrtleford. Currently Dingo Dell and Cresta (toboggan slopes remain closed until we get more snow)
