10 YEARS OF JENNY & GREG 🤎

Some of you might recognise these faces, some of you might not. But one thing is for sure, Jenny & Greg are two of the most important people at Bullara when it comes to keeping this place ticking along.

In 2016, Greg called Bullara looking for a bit of short-term mechanical work.

They were based down near Shark Bay, and the plan was to stay for a couple of weeks… then float on. Well… that didn’t quite happen.

Jenny started helping out with a few jobs in the kitchen, before we quickly realised her incredible admin skills were far too good to be wasted there. A new reception space had just been built off the homestead, and Jenny slipped straight into it.

Meanwhile, Greg put his bush mechanic skills and formidable work ethic to good use - fixing, building, tinkering and generally keeping things moving.

Fast forward 10 years and somehow, those “couple of weeks” have become a decade.

As Edwina says, “They are now family.”

And we couldn’t agree more.

Jenny and Greg are a huge part of the fabric of Bullara. They love the bush, the livestock, camping and exploring- Jenny with her wildflowers and Greg with a fishing rod in hand

We’re pretty bloody lucky that they decided to stay.

Happy 10 years, Jenny & Greg. 🤎
Here’s to many more years of bush life, good mates, hard work and plenty of stories along the way.

Sunset Hill with your favourite people 🤎

A few mates, a bottle of wine, the windows down and nowhere else you need to be.

Drive out, pull up, watch the sun disappear behind the station and stay a little longer than you planned.

That’s the magic of Sunset Hill.

Look up, you never know who might be circling overhead. 🦅

From flashes of colour in the trees to our local wedge-tailed eagles soaring above the station, some of Bullara’s most incredible residents have wings.

Good people, big days, plenty of laughs and a whole lot of station spirit.

We can’t wait to do it all again! 💙

Every mark has a story. 🤎

Around the Woolshed, you’ll find QR codes sharing pieces of Bullara’s history, including the story of Cyclone Narelle and the marks it left behind.

Scan as you wander and discover a little more of the Bullara beneath your feet.
