Bullara station Stay is perfectly located between Coral Bay and Exmouth in the Coral Coast region of WA. We offer a range of accommodation from the fully self contained “cappock cottage”, stylishly renovated “shearers lodge” as well as a fabulous campground in a spacious bush setting. Relax and unwind away from the stresses of everyday, enjoy the life on a working cattle station and experience rural Australia at its best. Edwina and Tim welcome you to experience our unique accommodation and campground. Appreciate the wonders and rawness of the Australian outback one day and be dipping your toes in the soothing aqua marine of the coral coast the next. All the main attractions of the Cape Range National Park and the Ningaloo area are an easy drive from the property. You can spend the morning snorkelling in Coral Bay, head home for a fresh shower and then laze in a hammock before unwinding around the fire pit in the evening.

One last taste of Bullara before we close the gates for the season.

Whether it’s a snag roll, a warm scone or one of our famous Bullara steak pies, now’s the time to get your fix and keep that little taste of Bullara lingering until next season.

Sunday is your last chance! We’re open to everyone from 7am–1:30pm.

For our departing guests, we’ll have coffee and scones from 7–10am Monday.

Come on in for one last bite and a yarn. 🤎

We’re incredibly proud to share that Bullara has been nominated for the Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards.

For us, this recognition is about so much more than an award. It’s a reflection of the people who pour their heart and souls into Bullara, the little details that make a stay special, and the unique experience we strive to create for every guest who arrives.

We’re so grateful to be recognised alongside some of Western Australia’s incredible tourism businesses and even more grateful to everyone who has been part of the Bullara story.

Meet Toby & Maree, the two behind the food, stories and long-table evenings at Bullara. 🤎

Their love of food and w**e has taken them from Claridge’s in London to Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, but these days, their kitchen looks a little different.

At Bullara, they work closely with Tim, who raises the cattle right here on the station, planning the cuts needed for the week and building menus around the land, the season and the stories of this place. It’s a paddock-to-plate connection that’s rare to find and one they’re incredibly proud of.

For Toby and Maree, The Table is about more than good food. It’s local producers, a 110-year-old Woolshed, the challenges of cooking somewhere so remote, and the reward of seeing it all come together around one long table.

Over the past few years, they’ve developed their own “Bullara style” food that looks to the past, draws on the surrounding landscape and is cooked with plenty of passion and love.

And after a week in the kitchen? Their favourite meal might surprise you…
