Located in Flaxton near Montville on the beautiful Blackall Range. We offer two queen guest rooms with ensuites. There is also a Twin king single bedroom with its own separate private bathroom. All rooms have ceiling fans and reverse cycle A/C. The downstairs king suite has its own tv, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and log fire. Tea and coffee facilities are in each room with fresh milk avail

able in the guest fridge on the breakfast deck. There is a guest lounge which is equipped with TV(Netflix) stereo, books, games, and a log fire for those cold winter nights. The guest lounge/dining is equipped with reverse cycle A/C.
