The experience staying in this cabin honestly blew me away! I’d already seen the great reviews before booking, but the actual stay went above and beyond my expectations — I was genuinely excited. We felt so lucky to have found such a high-quality little cabin. Walking into Diane & Steve’s place felt instantly warm and welcoming. It has absolutely everything you could think of — the kitchen is fully equipped, even with rice and noodles! They’re incredibly generous with what they provide. The fireplace was all set up too — all we had to do was light it, and the cosy warmth filled the whole place. Even though we’d never started a fire before, it was super easy. The cabin itself feels even more beautiful and homely in person than in the photos. The bathroom has a big bathtub, and soaking in it was such a treat! Huge thanks again to Diane & Steve for offering such a comfortable and relaxing space 💕 we loved every minute of it.

Clean and cosy. The pictures do not do it justice, the pictures on the listing show it as a disjointed space but infact it is this beautiful little spot that was the embodiment of relaxation. The cabin was fantastic for our overnight stay. If you are on the fence just book it, you will thank yourself later.

We had a lovely stay at Diane and Steve's tiny cottage. The place was spotlessly clean, very calm and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was beautifully set up with everything we needed, and the thoughtful touch of treets on the table made us feel right at home. Definitely great value for money. It's been awhile
We've been a bit busy with guests, but now we have lots of nights available for your stay.

Come and enjoy Tassies crisp, clear days and spend the evening in front of the fire with superb local wines, whiskey and produce after spending your days discovering some of our local treasures.

kunanyi (aka Mt. Wellington) which sits 1271 metres above Hobart.
Checking out delightful Bruny Island.
Taking a tour of the amazing Raptor Refuge, a not-for-profit organisation that's dedicated to caring and protecting Tasmania’s natural wildlife.
Tahune Airwalk, Take a walk through the treetops at the Tahune Airwalk, reaching heights of 40 meters. From here, view the great forest canopy and Huon River.
Hastings Caves and Thermal Springs, the largest dolomite cave open to visitors in Australia. Inside are spectacular subterranean formations, including flowstone, stalactites, columns, shawls, straws, stalagmites and unusual helictites.
Snug Falls, a lovely, accessible local waterfall.

Harzview Vineyard, sestled in one of Australia’s most southern vineyards, Hartzview Vineyard’s cool climate wines embody the intense aromas and complex flavours that characterise Tasmania’s unique terroir.
