It is now a modern 2 x 2 unit with contemporary furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious deck overlooking a landscaped garden and paddocks beyond. Our mud brick shed stood empty for many years but in 2016 it was given a new life and was transformed into a granny flat for visiting UK grandparents.

It is now a modern 2 bedroom house with contemporary furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) and a spacious deck overlooking a private landscaped garden and paddocks beyond. Boyanup is ideally situated for exploring the Bunbury Geographe region with the Ferguson Valley, Capel, Donnybrook and Bunbury just a short drive away. You can easily get to beaches, wineries, shops, restaurants, playgrounds or simply enjoy a scenic drive.
