3rd Space is a daytime drop-in centre in Brisbane that provides meals, showers and a safe place to rest – along with support to navigate housing, healthcare and work.

Through our Stay with Purpose program, $5 from every room, every night at The Calile in October and November goes to 3rd Space, supporting people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Brisbane.

This October, Calile Culture presents a shared lunch in conversation with restaurateur and author Simon Gloftis, celebrating the release of 'Hellenika', his new cookbook. Set within the restaurant that inspired its pages, the conversation will explore the stories, recipes and family traditions behind the book, unfolding over a shared feast drawn from generations of Greek cooking.
