We’ve been busy reimagining Ovolo Sydney in Woolloomooloo, bringing a new look to our rooms and a fresh approach to the guest experience.

Join Area General Manager James Clark for a first look at the changes as we introduce a new level of luxury to our historic wharf location.

1. for a crisp drink during Local’s Hour - $8 for selected wines, spirits and beers, all set along Sydney’s iconic Finger Wharf.

2. if you’re searching for a unique drink pairing in Melbourne. Try Metaxa or Tsipouro cocktails, or savour Greek wines like Assyrtiko and Xinomavro. If you’re lucky, you might even get the chance to say hi to Michelin-star chef cooking it up in our kitchen during his takeover this month.
