A note to all of you mad keen fisher-people. We have had a last minute cancellation in the Pole Lodge, from Sunday 19th to Sunday the 26th of June. The Lodge sleeps 12. If anyone is interested please give Alan a call on 07 4127 9203.

Our current Caretakers Neil and Maryna are getting the hang of this fishing caper. The fishing season is off with a bang, as Neil caught 2 of these right out the front of Poyungan Rocks today. We won't be able to get him out of the water now.

Just a quick message to any Queenslander's who might be interested in a last minute holiday to Fraser Island. We have a cancellation due to our guests from NSW being unable to take their week in the Holiday House from Sunday 5th September. Our current guests have caught 28 Tailor yesterday, so the fishing is still excellent. We don't often have vacant weeks during the fishing season, so if you would like to take this opportunity please give me a call on 0401015808.

As you can all see from recent posts, the fishing is pretty good at Fraser at the moment. I just wanted to let everyone know that due to Covid restrictions our Victorian guests have had to cancel their school holiday booking. Therefore we have 2 weeks going begging from Friday 25th of June to Friday the 2nd of July, and Friday the 2nd of July to Friday the 9th of July in the Lodge. The Lodge sleeps 8 upstairs and 4 downstairs. Due to the late cancellation we will offer these weeks at an Off Peak rate for anyone who is able to make use of them. We don't often have vacancies during school holidays, so get in quick if you want to take advantage of this offer. Please contact Alan or Louise on 03 9527 2520 or 04 2226 1982 if interested.
