After '''4049days''' [11 years 1 month and 3 day to be exact] of '''Living the Dream'' ..we want to say thank you to all our Loyal Customers [some for 10.5 years staying with us ].. We have decided to move on and the business has been sold and Hand over is due tomorrow.
The endless amounts of steaks , and salads made Fresh for our guests and lots of chips of course and Gravies to suit .

24/7/365 Hail, Rain, Shine, Floods and Dry times It's been a long time but enjoyed it, and meeting new people from all over Australia and the world as well was a bonus.. We have made a lot of new friends and will pop in to see them and also family as we get to travel a bit during our break TOGETHER ...hahah
On behalf of Liz and myself we would like to thank all of our guests you and hope to have some chill out time till we decide our next adventure .................Thanks Again 😎🥲🥰😂

Well today marks the 11 years we have been here running the Motel. Wonder how many of ''Cam and Sue's steaks'' we have cooked and how many fresh salads that have been prepared as well.

To All of the Travelling Guests/ Sporting Guests /and Working Guests . We would like to take this moment in time and just say'' THANK YOU ALL'' for staying with us here at GAYNDAH COLONIAL MOTOR INN throughout the last year ..
Meeting a lot of new people as well as the repeat customers . One travelling worker just passed his 10th year with us .''.amazing'' .. Still has same meal every trip [Rosco]

So we want to just say
''Merry Xmas and stay safe on the roads''
If it's'' FLOODED'' forget it ...and if your getting
''WEARY '' PLEASE pull over and have a sleep
so you do make it to your destination safely..

A Massive Thanks to ''Chris'' Aka'' BUSSA''..for bringing up his crew of ''''Thunderbird Pilots'''..from NSW and the Local QLD CREW that joined the the weekend talking and meeting new members and couple of beers of Course ...after a ride today and arriving yesterday aswell

Diversion in place for the trucks from the accident yesterday
South bound Gladston / Biloela to Childers or Childers to Biloela / Gladston North bound
Been a few days noisy DAYS AND NIGHTS and same with the accident earlier in the week ..Poor ole truckers got more miles to do..and probably No extras for it either ..Travell safe .. At least no fog this morning...might be 1 or 2 more days yet ..Till road is repaired from fire damage..

A big shout out to the group with the Bentley and Rolls Royce cars ..and the Maserati.. out taking their babies for a weekend away

Well another big thanks to"" Jozua and all his Merry Men": staying with us for a long weekend of Motor bike riding in the Burnett zone north and south and a few drinks and stories to tell ..Was great to see you all ..some from Melbourne and Sydney.. Thanks again .

11 years last saw this old school friend..at a small reunion
Well Suzy and hubby Danny stayed at motel last night ..got to chat for a little while..catch up on all the years in between..great to see old school friends
