We just wanna say a massive shout out to this absolute LOCAL LEGEND - Carmen Ryan…..
Yesterday we received our bread delivery…..unexpectedly
You see there was a bit of an issue with freight yesterday - most wouldn’t know (I didn’t).
Long story short Carme Ryan phoned Ravenshoe Bakery and asked for all our orders….Carmen then got in her car at 2am, drove to Ravenshoe and proceeded to meticulously (Tetris like) fit as many boxes of bread her little Ute could carry.
Then delivered each one!!! No one knew and no one asked😀
Thank you Carmen - your service in our community above and beyond🙏
