Late notice for the ETA Aquarids Meteor Shower I know but this is the best meteor shower of the year so far so don’t miss it !
It continues to be one of the most reliable meteor showers of the year, and to my mind worth getting up around 4am (tomorrow the 7th may) to check it out. From a dark sky site you might get 20 to 25 meteors an hour.
Looking to the east is the easy way to find this meteor shower emanating from the constellation of Aquarius.
It is the result of the gravelly debris of Haley’s comet !

no Binos needed, just you your eyes and an hour of patience 😎 ….enjoy !
