1 X Groundskeeper Position (local residents preferred)
Location: Geraldton Belair Gardens Caravan Park, Western Australia
We are currently seeking 1 X Groundskeeper to join our friendly team at Geraldton Belair Gardens Caravan Park. See details below.
Key Details:
• Continually maintain and develop the Park grounds and caravan sites to a safe and high standard
• Maintain and landscape all grounds, including grass, hedges, gardens and w**d management
• Ensure safe operation, maintenance and cleaning of grounds tools and equipment
• Identify and repair/replace any minor issues
• Identify potential risks and hazards around the Park
• General maintenance and painting of buildings/infrastructure also recreational facilities/equipment
Based on the Hospitality Industry (General) Award:
• Casual Employment: 35 – 38 hours per week
• Shifts generally fall between 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday
• Must be available on weekdays and weekends
• Experience preferred but not essential – full training provided
• Casual Rate of $33.38 per hour (incl. casual loading).

* Must live locally within the Geraldton area (site/accommodation not provided)
• A positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors
• Reliability, initiative and pride in delivering high-quality results
• Must have a good work ethic and be respectful of team members, guests and residents
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Have the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
• Hold a current driver’s licence
