From Monday 7 September to Wednesday 9 September, we'll be donating $5 from every schnitzel sold at The Morphett Arms to the Australian Red Cross Nepal Emergency Appeal.

Many of our Nepalese team members have family, friends and communities directly affected by the recent emergency. This is our way of standing beside them and showing support.

Twenty-five years ago, a 24-year-old Dani walked through the doors of the Morphett Arms after her mum Ros, who was already working here, asked the simple question: "Do you need a kitchen hand?"
Little did anyone know what they were signing up for.

Starting under Head Chef Steve Boros, Dani quickly cemented herself as an essential part of the kitchen. In fact, no plate, cup, fork, spoon, or kitchen utensil was ever safe from her legendary cleaning frenzy.

Over the years, Dani has become much more than a valued team member. She's fiercely family-oriented, lives independently, is a tremendous support to Ros in retirement, and treats her work family just like her own.

And if you've ever received one of Dani's messages, you'll know she loves her friends almost as much as she loves sending them a friendly text!

Dani, thank you for 25 years of hard work, loyalty, dedication, and enough clean dishes to fill a warehouse. The Morphett Arms simply wouldn't be the same without you.
