Yay. She's finished. My beautiful peacock chair has been restored and now will be the center of attention. Sooooo happy with the result!

Well, here she is. It has taken longer than expected, mainly because I had to wait more than 4 weeks to get the materials for the repairs. After that life and family happened, so no time to get stuck into it. But then, finally a breather and an opportunity to make a serious start. I've never restored rattan and cane furniture, so it was a steep learning curve but I think the results speak for themselves.

Garasu Lodge will soon have a new piece of furniture to enhance its interior. With the acquisition of a Peacock chair to kick off some refurb plans. The chair will need some repairs first but it will be the inspiration to bring some new vibes into the place.
