The park has beautiful views to the high-rises of Surfer's Paradise, and is directly across the water from Sea World and Marina Mirage. The major shopping centre, Australia Fair, with its large selection of boutiques, national chain stores, cinemas and supermarkets, is just a stroll away. The park is a short drive to the excitement of Surfers Paradise and Sea World, and provides easy access to all

the other Gold Coast theme parks and major shopping centres. Visit the new Broadwater Parklands within a 1km walk or cycle along the picturesque waterfront. It features a water playground for children of all ages to enjoy, complete with picnic and barbecue facilities.

💙 FREE FATHER’S DAY LATE CHECK-OUT! 💙

Staying with us this weekend? We’re giving dads a little extra time to relax this Father’s Day! ☀️🏕️

This Sunday, 6 September, we’re offering FREE late check-outs on selected caravan and camping sites, giving you more time to enjoy the Broadwater before heading home.

Please note that not all sites will be available for a late check-out due to pre-booked arrivals on Sunday.

However, if your current site is required for an incoming guest and you’re happy to swap to one of our standard grassed sites for the weekend, we may still be able to make the free late check-out available.

Late check-outs must be pre-arranged with Reception via email, phone, or upon arrival and are subject to availability.

Where site availability allows, this offer may also be extended to Monday departures.

What a lovely morning here at Broadwater for our Biggest Morning Tea fundraiser for Cancer Council!

A massive thank you to our wonderful guests who dug deep and got involved in today’s fun. From joining us for morning tea to supporting our number boards and multi-draw raffle, together we raised over $1,100! 🎉👏

Give yourselves a big pat on the back! We’re so proud of our Broadwater family for coming together and supporting an amazing cause that means so much to so many. 💛

Exploring the Gold Coast just got even easier from Broadwater!

🚶 Southport Station is our closest tram stop – around a 15-minute waterfront walk from the park.

From there, for just 50 cents, jump on and head all the way to Burleigh Heads and the other new stops along the way for a beach day, lunch, shopping or a little exploring! 🏖️

These sites always book out early, so we thought we’d help you out and drop the weekends we still have some availability between now and Christmas for weekends 👇

Our standard weekends are a 2 night minimum.
