Casa do Zouk (meaning “House of Zouk” in Portuguese) is an exciting event established in 2013 by Kadu and Larissa held at Mantra on View Hotel in Gold Coast – Australia on July 28 – 31 July 2022. Casa do Zouk hosts more than 45 workshops with international and national instructors, 4 nights of parties, Samba de Gafieira Intensive, shows and Brazilian Zouk Dance Council registered Jack & Jill Compe

tition during the event weekend. Jack & Jill competitions are designed to highlight skills in social dancing and the ability to dance well with a variety of partners. Competitors enter as individuals, are randomly assigned partners and dance to music selected by the event. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this exciting competition. ✨ CASA 2026 TEACHER LABS ✨
As a small thank you to the incredible teachers, organisers and community leaders who continue to invest their time and energy into growing Brazilian Zouk, we're excited to run again our Teacher Labs at Casa 2026.

🕙 When: 10:00am each morning (the first class of the day)
📍 Who: Anyone currently teaching or actively running events within the scene.

These sessions are designed to be a space focusing on :
• Grow technique and create healthier dancers
• Build stronger, more sustainable communities
• Improve teaching methods and class structures
• Exchange ideas, challenges and solutions for scene growth

⚠️ Pre-registration is required.
