I'm not sure where to start, we have just had many of our southern friends staying to avoid their home town winter blues and I hope they all made it home safely. Many have re-booked so I guess the perfect weather and the tranquil surroundings agreed with them all. Our winter was short and spring came 2 months early so we have many early flowering shrubs, the only problem I have is keeping the water up to them as it is terribly dry. Thank goodness for the spear pump we are able to water with a clear conscience. Most days the temperature is mid or slightly higher 20's with cloudless skies and the nights are perfect temperature for sleeping. This is just a glorious time of year, don't miss out on it come and stay for a few days and experience what a magnificent location we are living in.

We have had a few days of rain but now the real winter is here - clear skies and sunny days and the water is still 22 degrees how fantastic for winter.

I'm not sure where to start so a bit of retrospect: Last week we had our 1st anniversary of the change of management at San Chelsea to which about 20+ people attended. It was a great day and an indication that our small community is starting to bond together after years of division. We are a community and together we can achieve great things. Since Christmas I have put in about 30 new plants in the garden, the stairwells have been painted, the tiled entry stairs to each foyer have been re-taped with non slip adhesive, Christmas was a busy time and February is shaping up that way as well, we had return guests, new guests, families and singles and all in all it has been good. I hope to see you here in the not too distant future to enjoy our facilities, friendships and community. ,

Well who could possibly believe that the school holidays are drawing to a close, workers have finished their Christmas breaks and we are 2/3rds of the way through January 2016, now that's a scary pace we setting ourselves. It is worrying that the speed life is going we don't get a chance to smell the roses but this place sure is close to enabling that, it is my home, my work place, my place of solitude, my battery re-charger, my social connection and it can all be yours as well. To all my friends I love this place and if you say 'Hi' and mention this post I will give you 5% discount off your next booking. So please be kind to yourselves and at least smell a rose or 2 on your journey into 2016.

Wow who could believe that a whole year has gone so quickly. My move into this fantastic place has never once disappointed me, the rebuilding process will never be rushed as everybody has to regain their confidence but I am feeling a shift. I think people are accepting of the changes and can see the future looking brighter, it doesn't matter what the financial doom sayers preach this place is moving forward in fine fashion. So to all the loyal San Chelsea followers and the new comers I hope your 2016 started well and really is a big, happy and safe one just like future of San Chelsea, SEE YOU THERE SOON.

Hi all I'm not too sure if I am biased or not but even with the wet weather this place is a gem we still have families in the pool and heaps of groups enjoying the barbecue facilities and wandering across the road to the beach. The surf has been good every one is smiling, kids are laughing, I really love this place. I hope everyone has a safe and happy new year and it brings us all that we wish for throughout 2016.
