Self contained rural accommodation set on 10 acres in Gordon Vic. Wake to the sound of kookaburras and the sight of kangaroos in the near distance.

Whether you are looking for some quiet time to relax and enjoy the slower pace of country living, or planning a girls weekend away (in house massage treatments and packages are available) The Farmhouse is a perfect choice, located only 1 hour from Melbourne, and a further 20 min to both Daylesford and Ballarat. Set on 10 acres of farmland, with lovely views of the local countryside, the house was

built in the early 1900s and has been fully renovated with modern luxuries. Take a stroll through the herb garden and orchard and meet our resident farm animals. We even have visits from other native wildlife such as echidnas and koalas, and a large variety of birds including rosellas, eagles and waterbirds on the dam. The house has 4 bedrooms (sleeping up to 8 people), 2 bathrooms, wood fire, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, games room with pool table, electric blankets and more.....

In summer enjoy a swim in the magnesium salt pool, whilst in winter warm up with a cuppa in-front of the wood fire, or in the infra-red sauna. Minimum 2 night stay.

Make-over day for our farm animals! Alpacas sheared, vaccinated, toes clipped, and teeth grinded. Ponies feet trimmed. And not to be left out, Suzie and Apples now have matching haircuts! 😊

What a day and a half it has been here! No damage to the house thank goodness, but we lost the old garage shelter and the roof off the stable, and the beautiful tree out the front. At least the power has finally just come back on, so time to get things cleaned up.
