🌱 Fresh from the garden!

Just picked my homegrown cauliflowers and I’m pretty happy with these beauties! 🤍

This was my first time trying to grow cauliflower through winter, so it was really a trial run. I planted 5 and ended up with 5 beautiful cauliflowers — including a purple one! 💜

Safe to say I’ll definitely be growing them again… and a lot more next time!

🌿 Little cauliflower tip:
With white cauliflower, you can fold or tie the outer leaves over the developing head to protect it from sunlight. This is called blanching and helps keep the cauliflower lovely and creamy-white rather than developing yellowish colouring from sun exposure.
