GRATITUDE POST❤️
Over the last 6 years, Mark (Hooky) and Amanda Hooklyn have owned and managed the Jacaranda Hotel in Grafton.
Today marks the last day of their time spent here as they move on to the next faze of their journey ❤️
Hmmm, What can I say 🥺... apart from it has been an absolute pleasure to work alongside you both. We’ve shared so many laughs, plenty of good times, some a lil hectic 😂 but we've made some pretty great memories and friendships along the way!
Hook and Amanda, we want to wish you both nothing but the very best for whatever comes next. Thank you for everything you’ve done — not only for myself, but for everyone here at the Jaca.
You’ll both be greatly missed, and the Jaca definitely won’t be quite the same without you!

BISTRO CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS!
Please be advised, our bistro will be closed from today for about 4 weeks, as she needs a major facelift 😁 Sorry for any inconvenience, it'll be totally worth the wait though! The bar will be operating as usual 😊
