The kitchen is equipped with a smeg induction cook top and oven as well as a fisher and paykel dishwasher drawer. The House on a Hill is a modern architectural design beach house originally built

as a family home. As such it offers all the comforts and facilities that you would find in your own home, while on holidays. re is a large walk in pantry with microwave and a fisher and paykel double door stainless steel fridge, which provide an abundance of storage for your stay. The main house provides 3 bedrooms, a King, Queen and 2 King Singles. There is a fourth bedroom separate to the main house which offers a King, TV and lounge as well as its own bathroom. The separate bedroom to the main house is available to groups larger than 6 or on request at an extra cost. All beds have been recently upgraded to provide guests with the upmost of comfort while on holidays. The main bathroom has underfloor heating and large walk in shower. It also has a small bath if required and accommodates the laundry which has a washer and dryer. There is an outside courtyard with table and chairs as well as a fireplace and weber BBQ. The dining and lounge areas are warm and comfortable with soft furnishings and comfy chair. The lounge room has an open fire as well as electric heating if needed. A short walk to the main shop and beach area allowing you to spend more time relaxing and unwinding.
