Congrats to our kitchen staff member Bridie Forde for being crowned Henry Lawson Festival Queen 2026!

How lucky are we to have such community minded & hard working staff! Living in a small town definitely has a lot of perks, and our strong sense of community from a young age definitely helps build strong, confident and kind adults!

I guess we cannot make Queen Bridie scrub dishes anymore!!! Jokes, of course we can!

What a beautiful moment for Bridie, who proudly represented the Grenfell Lions Club in this year’s Festival Queen competition.

Bridie has carried herself with such warmth, grace and community spirit throughout the festival, and we could not be more thrilled to see her crowned our 2026 Festival Queen.

A little update on what we have been busy doing behind the scenes here @ The Cri!!

Unit 2 Grafton street has joined accommodation we have to offer.

Unit 2 hosts 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, laundry, dinning room & living room. As well as a lovely outdoor area. Fully air conditioned in each room, as well as ceiling fans.

We cannot wait to welcome new guests!
