🧠👟 LIFT THE LID WALK for Mental Health 👟🧠
Sunday, 26th October | 10AM–12PM | Ed Scobie Oval, Griffith
The original “Walk for Mental Health” was the brainchild of passionate advocate Vicki Stewart, Past President of the Rotary Club of Mooloolaba. After three successful years, this inspiring initiative evolved in 2020 into the Lift the Lid Walk for Mental Health—a movement that continues to grow across Australia.
This walk and talk event is not a race—it's a chance to bring our community together, raise awareness, and support each other in the face of the mental health challenges affecting our schools, homes, workplaces, and lives.
💬 Now more than ever, we must break down the stigma that prevents people from seeking help.
💯 As the sole benefactor, 100% of funds raised go directly to Australian Rotary Health to support vital mental health research. Check out the flyer for more detail.
