That's the question behind the inaugural Harvesting Health event, coming to the Gunbower Butter Factory tomorrow, August 13.

The free community event will bring together health professionals, mental health services and industry experts, making it easier for people to access support in one place.

Gates open at 9am, with keynote presentations and guest panels running from 10am to 2pm.

Free health checks will be available throughout the day until 4pm.
