Situated on a 1.5 acre bush block it is the ideal place to watch the passing wildlife in the comfort of a well-equipped 3 bedroom family home. First and second bedrooms each contain a queen-sized bed, the third bedroom contains 2 single beds (sleeps 6 in total). There is a fully equipped kitchen

and tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits are supplied. With reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood-fire (with fire screen) and electric blankets the house is well-equipped for both hot and cold weather. There is a deck at the back of the house and veranda at the front, providing plenty of outdoor options too. Facilities include: under cover parking, gas BBQ, Digital TV and DVD player, CD player, CDs, games, books and magazines, binoculars, Simpson & Day bird book, ceiling fans, laundry, spa bath, fire wood and linen (excluding portacot) supplied, .
