We've upgraded the Ovens River Retreat in Harrietville Caravan Park with a brand new rug! The old one was too light and got too dirty too quickly, which made it difficult to maintain its cleanliness.

We wanted a rug that would not only complement the retreat's cozy atmosphere but also withstand the frequent foot traffic. We're excited to see how the new rug will elevate the overall ambiance of the space.

Stella took this really great photo of the new pendant light in the Ovens River Retreat at Harrietville Caravan Park, which has been beautifully refurbished by Chris to maintain its rustic charm. The pendant light itself is a masterpiece, crafted from a piece of timber that was originally laying outside the Retreat, just waiting to be discovered and repurposed.

Just look at that rustic timber, with its weathered texture and rich brown color, a little reminder of the olden days in Harrietville when life was harder but perhaps more laid back. I wonder how long that piece of timber sat there for, exposed to the elements, waiting for someone to come along and give it a new lease on life. The stories it could tell if it could speak! 🏠💡

Unfortunately, Chris, Frank, and Jenny had to bid farewell to Harrietville Caravan Park before the sink and gas stove top were installed into the new kitchen of the Ovens River Retreat, which was a shame because they were really looking forward to seeing the finished product.

We are absolutely stoked with how it turned out, the new kitchen is looking amazing! The sink and stove top have really brought the whole space together and we can't wait for our guests to start enjoying it. It's going to be a fantastic place for people to relax and unwind.
