With a brand new fully equipped kitchen featuring European appliance and a Nespresso coffee machine it's a foodies delight with many a gourmet feast to be had on the stunning redgum dining table. The lounge features floor to ceiling windows with incredible views down the valley, comfortable leather couches and a fantastic fire where you can gather in the evening after a day of adventures. There is also a TV/Blueray along with sound system for some extra entertainment or just listen to the tunes and relax watching the pink of the sun fade from the valley. The house is centered around a massive spotted gum deck which is full of beautiful colors and has a perfect outlook to enjoy some outside cooking on the stainless steel 5 burner BBQ or once again relax and soak up the sunshine and enjoy the views from the outdoor table. The main bedroom is equipped with ensuite which has heated luxurious heated towel rails , a massive rain shower head and plenty of room. This bathroom is also wheelchair friendly and has appropriate rails and hand holds as needed. The main bathroom features an incredible two person state of the art spa perfect for that romantic wow factor or relaxing those aching muscle from the days excitement. It also has a spacious shower and rain shower head with beautiful views from the window of the hills. The three bedrooms all contain built in robes along with king size beds, luxurious throws, reading lights and views from every window. They can be configured as such or be split into singles there by allowing any number of options for a maximum of 6 guests. The laundry is also fully equipped and features brand new front load washing machine and dryer and has a separate drying room with loads of room for those winter ski days when everything just seems wet. The main bedroom and living area of the house have been built wheel chair friendly and is accessible by a ramp located at the front.
