Join our Food & Beverage team…

We currently have casual positions available to work with us across hotel breakfast, bar & dining and event shifts in both attendant and supervisor roles.

You will be working in a stunning Art Deco dinning room , alongside the Bar & Lounge, where wood fires are lit through the cooler months, cocktails sipped under shady trees in summer and warm hospitality is ever present.

Located at the Mineral Springs Hotel in Hepburn Springs.

A change of season, and a change of menu. 

Our Spring Menu arrives at Argus on Tuesday 6 October, with the produce of the season taking centre stage. 

With daylight saving bringing longer evenings, there’s also time to linger over a drink on the lawn before dinner, as the last of the afternoon light settles over the gardens.

We’re taking a brief pause from Local’s Night this fortnight, returning on Tuesday 13 October. The menu will be announced soon.
