It is with much sadness and disbelief that we share with our greater Charlton on the Esplanade community the news of the recent passing of our BC Chairman, Bryan Hart.

Bryan and his wife Tracey have contributed immensely to maintaining the high standards we like to have at the complex. Forever appreciated x

Tuesday 20th January saw a massive group of family, friends and colleagues celebrate the wonderful life of Bryan. A true family and community minded gentleman ❤️
