We would like to thank all our family and friends of main street motel who contacted us yesterday to see how we and the motel were going. Many people saw that the RSL had flooded and we are the closest motel to the RSL. However we remained vigilant and took our own actions (unblocking street drains) to ensure ourselves, our guests and the motel remained flood free!

This afternoon Cooper and Bec went out with Hervey Bay Whale Watch - QuickCat II for a cruise out and about. Cooper was also asked by Captain Josh to steer the boat. We had a great time exploring the boat, meeting staff and getting out on the waters ahead of Whale season. (I think Cooper is also practising to be a jnr guide).

Main Street Motel is a small 10 bedroom motel. We have 8 Deluxe rooms containing a Queen Bed and a Single bed. We have 2 Family rooms which can accommodate 4 people.

We are located 2 streets up from the beach, walking distance to WetSide Water Park, a 10 minute walk from the bus transit centre and local shops a plenty!

Each room has a bar fridge, toaster, kettle and a microwave. A light continental breakfast is offered for free.

We also work as a tour desk, we are able to assist you with booking tours to see the whales (July-October), Fraser Island and Lady Elliot Island. If there are any other tours or information you request we are more then happy to help you :)
