ing fans, wardrobes, writing desk/vanity unit. Both Airbnb bedrooms share their own bathroom, with second private bathroom available. TV in both bedrooms/ lounge and wireless internet available on request. Use of kitchen if required or meals cooked for you if requested. Garden/pool and deck available to relax on. Small gym in out door room. The very back of garden contains chickens. Evening meals requested will be cooked and served by owner. All local produce only used. Yvonne is a marine biologist and works with the whale watching fleet and can advise you on any aspect of whale watching or marine life activities in the area. She can also advise you on any trips in the region you are interested in. Yvonne also respects the privacy of all her guests and will only interact if asked to do so. Located on the Hervey Bay promontory of Point Vernon, only 2 minutes from the Esplanade. Relax in the tranquil garden or by the pool where you can drink your own wine or beer. There are a number of restaurants, bars and clubs Yvonne can advise you on. In the local area is a water park and numerous other child friendly activities. There are local buses that will pick up from the door, off road parking is available. We can arrange local pick up drop off from Fraser Coast airport or Brisbane airport if requested. We can provide pick up and drop off from Bus terminal and drop off and pick up from River heads Ferry to Fraser Island. Cycles are provided free to get around. (You break it or loose it you pay for it)
Enjoy the Queensland climate and all that Hervey Bay has to offer; sun, sand and the natural beauty of Fraser Island and the loacal beauty hot spots. We can arrange tours and other activities (such as Hervey Bay's renowned whale watching, dolphin tours, eco-sailing tours, or champagne sunset boating), with pick-ups and drop-offs direct from our door. There are a host of other activities in the Bay and local areas. Yvonne is also happy to guide you through local beauty spots at a nominal fee.
