This year has been exceptionally busy as a recap we have helped 38 locals stay safe and sheltered during Hervey bays natural disaster earlier in the year, planted 51+ different plants many fruiting varieties, renovated the managers residences, renovated 2 older units, renovated the amenities block, fighting with an insurance company, installed new electric gate motor and new hand entry gate together with changing accountants, planning a wedding, buying a home & finally most importantly being the best person I can be to all around me all while dealing/navigating the ever changing government red tape.
As such we’re taking a few extra days to recover outside of the office.

A legacy is a dedication to your craft & not limiting yourself when an opportunity arrises or sheering away from a challenge. Being 3rd generation to the area I’ve seen first hand what it takes to create, build and maintain many successful profitable businesses. Not to mention the countless charitable donations, assistance and service to this country for no other reason than to help their community.

Excited to announce our new holiday farm stay experience opening 26/10/25 located in Childers 4660 QLD. Welcome to our slice of luxury in the Bush!! The experience will feature an outdoor firepit, bbq area, bath, ability to fish in the 20 acre large dam all whilst being private and secluded on a work farm. The accommodation you ask? Full panoramic glass floor to ceiling windows with electric blinds, 2 sunroofs for stargazing with electric shutters & full electric touchscreen lighting. Prepared to be wow’d!!!

Well that went fast…. 5 years today of taking a 🤞 chance on a dilapidated caravan park.
Back when we were unsure if we were going to go outside, attend parties or not wear a mask on public again.
The contract process alone took 10 months with everyone involved getting a dose of Covid or 2.
After selling everything I owned - arriving equipped with hand me down tools, previous experience of selling property not fixing them - I got to work on them 16-18 hour days.
The place needed work wherever you looked - 100’s water leaks, nothing worked, daily domestics/police/dealers, all units needed removal, the ones not removed all needed work and even a few recent murders to really spice things up 😁.

Today I’m pleased to see what our community has evolved into and what the village has become. A huge thank you goes out to our suppliers, trades & staff for the continuing support together with all our family and friends.
Extremely proud of our accolades accumulated over the past half decade showcasing all the blood, sweat and tears.

Just finished installing all of our new lights, amazing to have the 100% of the park illuminated ONLY via solar powered lights.
Our new lights have 7 days battery life, Rain sensors that automatically change light colours to suit the conditions & a 10 year warranty.

Our new solar road marker lights provide up to 7 days on stored battery life and require 7 hours to charge. They are safe to drive over & come with a 20T weight ability. They provide exceptional lighting to illuminate the roadways making it safer for our guests.
