We’ve a busy night ahead and with local legend Prentice Ropitini representing the Vics in the Div 12 Ressies State of Origin classic at Adelaide’s Norwood Oval tonight, we will be streaming the game from the bar at 6.30pm!

Kate Cracknell has been on a heater the past few weeks, finishing 3rd, 2nd and then finally getting the gong last Friday with a dominant performance in the end.
Poker has been a great addition to the fixture at the pub and we thank Ash and Peter for the work put in each week!

This is a reminder that there will be no poker here on Friday night, due to the Johnnie Walker Poker Classic across the long weekend in Mount Gambier.
It will return on Friday week!

Kate gets the win in Heywood!!

Kate has been playing really well lately and got some reward for effort on Friday night in Heywood!!

A deal was done between the final 3 for LPS with them splitting it.

🍻 WINTER TRADING UPDATE — HEYWOOD HOTEL 🍻

As we head into the quieter winter months, we’re making a small change to trading hours and would love the community to get around it and help make it a success.

❌ Closed Sundays & Mondays

✅ NEW — Tuesdays open from 2pm

Wednesday through to Saturday our lunch service will continue as normal from 12-2pm, but the bistro times will change for dinner, with meals now available from 5.30pm until 8pm.

Here’s the run down…

🔥 Wednesday is Jag The Joker, as well as Pot & Parma night
🍺 Thursday trade will continue as normal, buuut, watch this space.
🍻 Friday is action packed with Happy Hour and the Meat raffle from 4-6pm, and then we have Yole Poker from 7.30pm.
🎉 Saturday will operate as usual, with live music almost every week on this night.
❗️Again, lunch will be served as normal, across these days!

We’re putting a big focus on creating a great local atmosphere through winter, so grab your mates, book a table, come in for a feed or a drink and support your local pub, the heart of this ripper town ❤️
